โครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ “เตียงผ่าตัดทั่วไประบบไฟฟ้าพร้อมรีโมทคอนโทรล” สำหรับโรงพยาบาลแหลมฉบัง อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาเตียงผ่าตัดทั่วไปที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง แข็งแรง และมั่นคง เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำหัตถการของทีมผ่าตัด ตัวเตียงได้รับการออกแบบโครงสร้างเป็นระบบ Electro-Hydraulic แบ่งออกเป็น 5 ส่วนหลัก (Modular design) ที่สามารถถอดประกอบและสลับชิ้นส่วนระหว่างแผ่นศีรษะและแผ่นขาได้ง่ายด้วยระบบล็อก 2 ชั้น (Easy Lock) พร้อมเบาะรองตัวป้องกันไฟฟ้าสถิตและกันน้ำหนา 80 มิลลิเมตร จำนวน 7 ชิ้น

เตียงผ่าตัดนี้สามารถควบคุมการทำงานได้อย่างยืดหยุ่นผ่านรีโมทคอนโทรลหน้าจอ LCD และมีแผงควบคุมสำรองที่คอลัมน์เตียงเพื่อความปลอดภัยในกรณีฉุกเฉิน สามารถปรับระดับความสูง-ต่ำ ปรับเอียงซ้าย-ขวา ปรับท่า Trendelenburg & Reverse และปรับเลื่อนเตียงในแนวราบ (Sliding) ได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 350 มิลลิเมตร เพื่อให้เอื้อต่อการใช้งานร่วมกับเครื่องเอกซเรย์ C-Arm นอกจากนี้ยังมีระบบความปลอดภัยส่งสัญญาณเตือนและหยุดทำงานอัตโนมัติเมื่อปรับท่าทางที่อาจเป็นอันตราย และมีระบบปลดล็อกฐานเตียงแบบ Manual ในกรณีที่ระบบไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นของใหม่ 100% ไม่เคยผ่านการใช้งานหรือสาธิตมาก่อน และต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานสากล ได้แก่ ISO 9001, ISO 13485 และ CE พร้อมทั้งมีหนังสือรับรองการสำรองอะไหล่จากผู้ผลิตไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี และการรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้าเป็นเวลา 3 ปี โดยมีบริการหลังการขายส่งช่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญเข้ามาตรวจเช็คสภาพเครื่องทุกๆ 6 เดือนฟรีตลอดระยะเวลารับประกัน

This procurement project is for an “Electric Operating Table with Remote Control” for the operating rooms at Laem Chabang Hospital, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province. The objective is to acquire a high-efficiency, electro-hydraulic operating table that is robust, stable, and highly adjustable to support various general surgical procedures and seamlessly integrate with C-Arm imaging systems. The table features a modular 5-section design with an Easy Lock system, allowing quick disassembly and interchangeability between the head and leg plates. It comes with a set of 7 anti-static, waterproof mattresses (80 mm thick) and can support a maximum patient weight of at least 540 kg.

Control is managed via an LCD remote control or a backup control panel on the column. It offers flexible adjustments including height, lateral tilt, Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg, and horizontal sliding of at least 350 mm. Safety features include warning alarms for extreme tilts, a control lock to prevent accidental operation during surgery, and a manual base unlock system for emergencies. Bidders must supply brand-new equipment certified under ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE standards. The contract includes a 3-year warranty with complimentary bi-annual maintenance services and a 5-year spare parts availability guarantee.
