โรงพยาบาลพระพุทธบาทได้รับจัดสรรงบประมาณปี ๒๕๖๙ เพื่อดําเนินการจัดซื้อยา TERIPARATIDE ๗๕๐ MCG./๓ ML. INJ. ซึ่งเป็นยานอกบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติ โดยมีจํานวนที่ต้องการ ๓๖๐ ด้าม และวงเงินงบประมาณ ๓,๘๕๒,๐๐๐.๐๐ บาท วัตถุประสงค์หลักของการจัดซื้อครั้งนี้คือเพื่อให้การจ่ายยาแก่ผู้ป่วยเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและมีปริมาณเพียงพอต่อความต้องการในการให้บริการผู้ป่วย โดยจะสํารองไว้สําหรับการจ่ายยา ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กฎหมายกําหนด เช่น ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ไม่ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ และต้องเป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุดังกล่าว รวมถึงต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง การส่งมอบพัสดุจะต้องดําเนินการภายใน ๓๖๕ วัน และมีการแบ่งงวดงานและงวดเงินเป็น ๑๒ งวด การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาประกอบเกณฑ์อื่น (Price Performance) โดยให้น้ําหนักคะแนนด้านราคา ๖๐% และด้านมาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์ (Performance) ๔๐% ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงมาตรฐานโรงงานผลิตวัตถุดิบ มาตรฐานคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ มาตรฐานห้องปฏิบัติการ มาตรฐานอื่นๆ ที่สนับสนุนคุณภาพยา มาตรฐานบรรจุภัณฑ์ และพัสดุที่รัฐต้องการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน นอกจากนี้ยังมีเงื่อนไขด้านเอกสารการขึ้นทะเบียนยา การรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิต (GMP-PIC/S หรือ CGMP) ผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพยา การศึกษาความคงสภาพ และการจัดส่งยาแบบ cold chain สําหรับยาที่ต้องเก็บรักษาในอุณหภูมิควบคุม

The primary objective is to ensure a rapid and sufficient supply of this medication for patient care. Bidders must meet legal qualifications, including not being bankrupt or suspended, being a professional supplier of the product, and being registered in the e-GP system. Delivery is required within 365 days, with payment structured into 12 installments. The evaluation will be based on a Price-Performance criterion, with 60% weight on price and 40% on product performance.
