โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางการคมนาคมในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลพะเนียด อำเภอนครชัยศรี จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยเป็นการยกระดับถนนสายวัดห้วยตะโก-วัดมะขาม ให้เป็นผิวจราจรแบบแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีต (Asphalt Concrete) ที่มีความมั่นคงแข็งแรง เริ่มต้นจากบริเวณบ้านเกาะมะขาม ไปสิ้นสุดที่สะพาน คสล. หมู่ที่ 4 รวมระยะทางดำเนินการ 876 เมตร

ขอบเขตงานก่อสร้างประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนสำคัญ ได้แก่ การขุดรื้อผิวลาดยางเดิมและบดอัดแน่น การเสริมชั้นพื้นทางด้วยหินคลุกหนาเฉลี่ย 0.15 เมตร โดยต้องบดอัดให้ได้ความแน่นไม่น้อยกว่า 98% Modified Proctor Density จากนั้นดำเนินการพ่น Prime Coat เพื่อเตรียมผิว และปูผิวจราจรแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีตหนา 5 เซนติเมตร นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงงานตีเส้นจราจรด้วยวัสดุเทอร์โมพลาสติกสีขาวและสีเหลืองตามมาตรฐาน และการติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการทั้งแบบชั่วคราวและถาวร ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานงานช่าง มทช. และมีการทดสอบคุณภาพวัสดุและความแน่นของชั้นทางอย่างเคร่งครัด

The project involves the improvement of the Wat Huai Tako - Wat Makham road in Phaniat Subdistrict, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The construction aims to upgrade the existing road to an asphalt concrete surface with a width of 6.00 meters, a length of 876.00 meters, and a thickness of 5 cm. The scope of work includes scarifying the old asphalt surface, laying a crushed rock base with an average thickness of 0.15 meters (compacted to 98% Modified Proctor Density), applying a Prime Coat, and paving with asphalt concrete. Additionally, the project covers thermoplastic traffic markings (white and yellow) and the installation of both temporary and permanent project information signs. All works must comply with Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning (DPT) standards and undergo rigorous material and density testing.
