โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนในการสัญจรของประชาชน และส่งเสริมการขนส่งสินค้าทางการเกษตรในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 3 ตําบลกุแหระ โดยเป็นการยกระดับถนนเดิมให้เป็นถนนลาดยางมาตรฐานแบบ D.B.S.T. ขอบเขตงานเริ่มตั้งแต่การเตรียมพื้นทางเดิม การลงชั้นรองพื้นทางด้วยหินผุหนาเฉลี่ย 15 เซนติเมตร และชั้นพื้นทางด้วยหินคลุกหนาเฉลี่ย 15 เซนติเมตร จากนั้นดำเนินการพ่นลาดแอสฟัลต์รองพื้น (Prime Coat) และลาดยางผิวจราจรแบบสองชั้นตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวงชนบท (ทถ.-2-302) ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน โดยมีการจ่ายเงินงวดเดียวเมื่อโครงการเสร็จสิ้น และต้องมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 2 ปี นอกจากนี้ยังมีเงื่อนไขสำคัญด้านการใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 และเหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณที่ใช้ในโครงการ

This project involves the construction of a Double Bituminous Surface Treatment (D.B.S.T.) road at Ban Nai Jaroon Sringam, Moo 3, Kuhrae Subdistrict, Thung Yai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat. The road will be 5 meters wide and 300 meters long, covering a total area of at least 1,500 square meters. The scope of work includes road structure improvement, sub-base preparation using decomposed granite (15cm thick), crushed stone base (15cm thick), Prime Coat application, and D.B.S.T. surfacing. The project aims to improve local transportation and agricultural logistics. The total duration is 90 days with a single payment installment upon completion. The contractor must provide a 2-year warranty and comply with Thai government regulations regarding the use of domestic materials (minimum 50%) and domestic steel (minimum 90%).
