โรงพยาบาลมหาชนะชัย จังหวัดยโสธร มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบริการทางการแพทย์ผ่าตัดต้อกระจก จำนวน 150 ครั้ง ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อให้บริการผู้ป่วยโรคต้อกระจกในพื้นที่และใกล้เคียงให้ได้รับการรักษาอย่างทันท่วงที ลดการรอคิวผ่าตัด ลดภาวะแทรกซ้อน และลดความแออัดของผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลยโสธร ซึ่งจะช่วยป้องกันและลดอัตราการตาบอดจากโรคต้อกระจก โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,020,000 บาท จากเงินบำรุงโรงพยาบาล

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการให้บริการผ่าตัดต้อกระจกเปลี่ยนแก้วเลนส์ตาเทียมจำนวน 150 ครั้ง โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาทีมจักษุแพทย์และพยาบาลที่มีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานของสมาคมจักษุแห่งประเทศไทย รวมถึงวัสดุการแพทย์ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด เช่น เลนส์แก้วตาชนิดพับได้ เวชภัณฑ์ และยา (ยกเว้นยากลับบ้านที่โรงพยาบาลจัดหาให้) นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการทำปราศจากเชื้อเครื่องมือผ่าตัด และต้องมั่นใจว่าเครื่องมือที่ใช้ตรวจตาและผ่าตัดต้อกระจกผ่านการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและการสอบเทียบตามมาตรฐาน

ระยะเวลาการจ้างงานประมาณ 30 วัน ตั้งแต่เดือนกรกฎาคม 2569 ถึงเดือนสิงหาคม 2569 การพิจารณาผลการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก ผู้รับจ้างจะได้รับชำระเงินเป็นงวดเดียวภายใน 30 วัน หลังจากส่งมอบใบแจ้งหนี้พร้อมหลักฐานครบถ้วนและได้รับเงินโอนจากกองทุนสวัสดิการรักษาพยาบาลแล้ว

Mahachanachai Hospital, Yasothon Province, is inviting bids for medical services for cataract surgery, totaling 150 cases, through an e-bidding process. The project aims to provide timely treatment for cataract patients in the area, reduce waiting lists, minimize complications, and alleviate hospital overcrowding, thereby preventing and reducing blindness caused by cataracts. The allocated budget for this project is 1,020,000 Baht from the hospital’s operating funds.

The scope of work involves performing 150 cataract surgeries with intraocular lens implantation. The contractor is responsible for providing a team of ophthalmologists and nurses who meet the standards of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists of Thailand, as well as all related medical supplies, including foldable intraocular lenses, medical consumables, and medications (excluding take-home medication provided by the hospital). Additionally, the contractor must cover the costs of sterilizing surgical instruments and ensure that all eye examination and surgical equipment undergoes preventive maintenance and calibration according to standards.

The project duration is approximately 30 days, from July 2569 to August 2569. The bid evaluation will primarily be based on price. Payment to the contractor will be made in one installment within 30 days after the complete invoice and supporting documents are submitted and funds are transferred from the medical welfare fund.
