ขอบเขตของงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบกล้องส่องตรวจที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง ได้แก่ ชุดเครื่องประมวลสัญญาณภาพและกำเนิดแสง LED ที่รองรับระบบภาพพิเศษ (เช่น BLI, LCI หรือ NBI) ตัวกล้องส่องตรวจกระเพาะอาหารและลำไส้เล็กส่วนต้นที่ใช้เทคโนโลยี CMOS ความละเอียดสูง จอแสดงภาพมาตรฐานทางการแพทย์ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 27 นิ้ว เครื่องฉีดน้ำล้างกล้อง รถเข็นระบบส่องกล้อง และอุปกรณ์เสริมมาตรฐานสำหรับการใช้งานและการทำความสะอาด
เงื่อนไขสำคัญกำหนดให้ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการ มีหนังสือรับรองการสนับสนุนอะไหล่ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี และต้องส่งมอบครุภัณฑ์ที่เป็นของใหม่แกะกล่อง พร้อมการรับประกันคุณภาพ 2 ปีเต็ม ซึ่งรวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันทุกๆ 6 เดือนโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

Procurement of one unit of High-Definition Video Gastroscope and Duodenoscope with Image Control Unit for Hua Hin Hospital through an electronic bidding (e-bidding) process. The project budget and reference price are set at 3,700,000.00 Baht, funded by Hua Hin Hospital’s maintenance fund. The objective is to enhance medical treatment and diagnostic capabilities for gastrointestinal patients.
The scope of work includes delivering and installing a complete endoscopic system: an image processor and LED light source supporting advanced chroma endoscopy (e.g., BLI, LCI, or NBI), a high-definition gastroscope utilizing CMOS technology, a medical-grade 27-inch monitor, a water flushing pump, an endoscopic cart, and standard accessories.
Key conditions require the bidder to be an authorized distributor with a minimum 5-year spare parts support guarantee. The equipment must be brand new with a 2-year warranty, including preventive maintenance every 6 months at no additional cost.
