เทศบาลเมืองป่าตองมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อพัดลมระบายควันแรงสูงแบบพกพา จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพและประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยในพื้นที่เขตเทศบาลเมืองป่าตองและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อใช้ในการระบายควัน ความร้อน และก๊าซพิษออกจากพื้นที่เกิดเหตุเพลิงไหม้ งานกู้ภัยสารเคมี และงานกู้ภัยในที่อับอากาศ เพื่อความปลอดภัยในชีวิตของเจ้าหน้าที่และประชาชน

คุณลักษณะเฉพาะของพัดลมระบายควันต้องเป็นแบบพกพา น้ำหนักเบา (ไม่เกิน 50 กก.) ขับเคลื่อนด้วยแบตเตอรี่ลิเธียมไอออนที่ใช้งานต่อเนื่องได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 40 นาที และสามารถสลับไปใช้ไฟฟ้าบ้านได้โดยไม่ต้องหยุดการทำงาน ตัวเครื่องต้องผ่านมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสากล เช่น NFPA หรือ AMCA และมีระดับการป้องกัน IP55 โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณจัดสรร 555,000 บาท โดยมีราคากลางอยู่ที่ 495,000 บาท การพิจารณาตัดสินจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด (Price Threshold) ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุพร้อมท่อส่งลมทนความร้อนและดำเนินการสาธิตการใช้งานให้เรียบร้อยภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
