โครงการปรับปรุงห้องน้ำอาคารคุณพระแก้ว โรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 (บ้านแสนเมืองมูล) อำเภอเมืองลำปาง จังหวัดลำปาง จัดทำโดยส่วนควบคุมการก่อสร้าง สำนักช่าง เทศบาลนครลำปาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซมห้องน้ำภายในอาคารเรียน ชั้น 1 ถึง ชั้น 4 ให้มีสภาพถูกสุขลักษณะ ปลอดภัย และเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานของนักเรียนเด็ก (อายุ 6-12 ปี) และผู้ใหญ่

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยงานรื้อถอนโครงสร้างและอุปกรณ์เดิม ได้แก่ กระเบื้องหลังคา ฝ้าเพดาน กระเบื้องพื้น-ผนัง สุขภัณฑ์ ประตู โคมไฟฟ้า และระบบท่อประปาเดิม จากนั้นดำเนินการปรับปรุงติดตั้งใหม่ ได้แก่

1. งานชั้น 1: มุงหลังคากระเบื้องลอนคู่สี ปูกระเบื้องพื้นกันลื่น 0.40x0.40 ม. กรุกระเบื้องผนังสูง 1.60 ม. ติดตั้งรางระบายน้ำสแตนเลส ติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์นั่งราบและโถปัสสาวะสำหรับเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ ติดตั้งประตู PVC พัดลมติดผนัง โคมไฟ LED T8 ถังเก็บน้ำ Polymer Elixir ขนาด 2,000 ลิตร จำนวน 2 ถัง ปั๊มน้ำอัตโนมัติ 100W และสูบล้างบ่อเกรอะเดิม
2. งานชั้น 2, 3 และ 4: ติดตั้งฝ้าเพดานยิปซัมกันชื้นหนา 9 มม. ปูกระเบื้องพื้นกันลื่น กรุกระเบื้องผนังสูง 1.80 ม. หล่อเคาน์เตอร์อ่างล้างหน้าคอนกรีต ติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์ใหม่รวม 49 ชุด ติดตั้งโคมไฟ LED Panel 40W ประตู PVC (ป1, ป2) และทาสีผนังด้วยสีน้ำอะคริลิกชนิดเช็ดล้างได้

ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎกระทรวงกำหนดพัสดุที่รัฐต้องการส่งเสริม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2563 โดยใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุ และใช้เหล็กในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 พร้อมจัดทำแผนการใช้พัสดุ (ภาคผนวก 1-3) ยื่นให้ผู้ว่าจ้างตรวจรับ

The Renovation Project for Khun Phra Kaeo Building Restrooms at Municipal 1 School (Ban Saen Mueang Mul), Wiang Nuea Sub-district, Mueang Lampang District, Lampang Province, is managed by the Construction Control Division, Bureau of Engineering, Lampang City Municipality. The project aims to renovate and upgrade the restrooms from the 1st to the 4th floors to ensure sanitation, safety, and suitability for primary students (ages 6-12) and adults.

The scope of work includes the demolition of existing roof tiles, ceilings, floor/wall tiles, sanitary fixtures, doors, lighting, and piping. Renovation works cover:

1. 1st Floor: Installation of colored corrugated roof tiles, anti-slip floor tiles (0.40x0.40 m), wall tiles up to 1.60 m, stainless steel drainage channels, age-appropriate toilets and urinals for children and adults, PVC doors, wall fans, LED T8 lights, two 2,000-liter Polymer Elixir water storage tanks with a 100W automatic pump, and septic tank cleaning.
2. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Floors: Installation of 9 mm moisture-resistant gypsum board ceilings, anti-slip floor tiling, wall tiling up to 1.80 m, concrete counter basins, 49 sets of new sanitaryware, 40W LED Panel lights, PVC doors (P1, P2), and washable acrylic wall painting.

The contractor must comply with Ministerial Regulations supporting domestic products (Made in Thailand - MiT), utilizing at least 60% domestic construction materials by value and at least 90% domestic steel by quantity, alongside submitting material usage plans (Appendices 1-3) to the employer.
