โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาเครื่องดมยาสลบแบบ 3 ก๊าซพร้อมเครื่องช่วยหายใจ ชนิดเคลื่อนย้ายได้ (Mobile 3 Gas Anesthesia Machine with Ventilator) สำหรับใช้ในภารกิจทางการแพทย์และการผ่าตัด ตัวเครื่องถูกออกแบบให้มีความคล่องตัวด้วยล้อลาก 4 ล้อพร้อมระบบล็อก โครงสร้างทำจากวัสดุไม่เป็นสนิม มีลิ้นชักเก็บอุปกรณ์ และพื้นที่วางอุปกรณ์ด้านบน

ในส่วนของระบบดมยาสลบ เครื่องสามารถรองรับการติดตั้งเครื่องทำน้ำยาสลบ (Vaporizer) ได้พร้อมกัน 2 เครื่อง มีระบบความปลอดภัย SORC หรือระบบตัดการไหลของก๊าซไนตรัสออกไซด์เมื่อแรงดันออกซิเจนต่ำ พร้อมระบบ Hypoxic Guard เพื่อป้องกันความเข้มข้นของออกซิเจนต่ำกว่า 21% หน้าจอแสดงผลเป็นแบบดิจิทัลและ Bar Graph แยกสีตามชนิดก๊าซ

เครื่องช่วยหายใจที่มาพร้อมกันเป็นระบบ Integrated ที่ควบคุมด้วยหน้าจอสัมผัสสีขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 12 นิ้ว รองรับโหมดการหายใจที่หลากหลาย เช่น Volume Control, Pressure Control, SIMV และ PSV สามารถตั้งค่าปริมาตรการหายใจได้กว้างตั้งแต่ 20 ถึง 1,500 มิลลิลิตร มีแบตเตอรี่สำรองในตัวใช้งานได้นาน 30 นาที และต้องได้รับมาตรฐานสากล เช่น CE หรือ ISO 13485 เพื่อความปลอดภัยสูงสุดในการใช้งานกับผู้ป่วย

This project involves the procurement of a Mobile 3 Gas Anesthesia Machine with an integrated Ventilator. The equipment is designed for administering anesthesia and providing respiratory support during surgical procedures for patients ranging from infants to adults. The machine is highly mobile with four lockable wheels and a rust-resistant structure. It supports three gases: Oxygen, Nitrous Oxide, and Air, featuring advanced safety mechanisms such as a Hypoxic Guard and Oxygen Ratio Controller. The integrated ventilator features a 12-inch color touch screen and supports multiple ventilation modes including VC, PC, SIMV, and PSV. The system includes a complete set of accessories and must comply with international standards such as CE or ISO 13485.
