โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการรบกวนของนกพิราบและนกป่าบริเวณอาคาร ๑ คณะเทคนิคการสัตวแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความสกปรก กลิ่นเหม็น และเป็นแหล่งสะสมของเชื้อโรคที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อบุคลากร นิสิต และสัตว์ป่วย รวมถึงสร้างความเสียหายต่อโครงสร้างอาคารและระบบระบายน้ำ

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการสำรวจพื้นที่จริง การทำความสะอาดกำจัดมูลนกและสิ่งปฏิกูลด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อที่ปลอดภัย การติดตั้งตาข่ายกันนกพลาสติก HDPE ผสมสารป้องกัน UV และการติดตั้งเหล็กแหลมสแตนเลสเกรด 304 โดยใช้อุปกรณ์ยึดที่เป็นสแตนเลสทั้งหมดเพื่อความทนทาน ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาแรงงานที่มีฝีมือและเครื่องมือที่เหมาะสม พร้อมทั้งจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานและมาตรการความปลอดภัยระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน ทั้งนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการทำงานและต้องส่งมอบงานที่ผ่านการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

This project involves the procurement and installation of bird-proofing systems, including bird netting and stainless steel bird spikes, at Building 1 of the Faculty of Veterinary Technology, Kasetsart University. The objective is to mitigate issues caused by pigeons and wild birds, such as nesting, droppings, and the spread of pathogens, which affect the hygiene of the veterinary hospital and the structural integrity of the building. The scope of work includes site inspection, thorough cleaning and disinfection of the area, installation of UV-stabilized HDPE netting and Grade 304 stainless steel spikes, and post-installation testing. Contractors must ensure safety standards, provide skilled labor, and maintain the site throughout the project duration.
