มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงมีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างนิติบุคคลเพื่อดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาระบบปรับอากาศแบบรวมศูนย์ Chiller Plant System ณ อาคารสำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ระบบปรับอากาศทั้งหมดอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และเป็นไปตามหลักวิชาการวิศวกรรม ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์หลัก ได้แก่ เครื่องทำน้ำเย็นขนาด 550 RT และ 275 RT รวม 4 เครื่อง, ระบบปั๊มน้ำและมอเตอร์ยี่ห้อ SIEMENS 12 ชุด, หอระบายความร้อน 6 ชุด และเครื่องส่งลมเย็นประเภทต่างๆ อีกกว่า 500 ชุด

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบทั้งค่าแรงและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการบำรุงรักษา เช่น การเปลี่ยนถ่ายน้ำมันคอมเพรสเซอร์ การล้างท่อคอนเดนเซอร์ด้วยเคมี การเปลี่ยนชุดแบริ่งและซีลเพลาปั๊มน้ำ รวมถึงการตรวจสอบค่า Alignment และการดูแลระบบไฟฟ้าควบคุมทั้งหมด เพื่อป้องกันการหยุดชะงักของระบบปรับอากาศในอาคารที่มีความสำคัญทางการแพทย์

Mae Fah Luang University is seeking a qualified legal entity for the comprehensive maintenance of the Centralized Air Conditioning System (Chiller Plant System) at the School of Medicine Building for the 2027 fiscal year. The scope includes the maintenance of 4 TRANE chillers (550 RT and 275 RT), 12 SIEMENS motor and pump sets, 6 cooling towers, and 501 air handling units (AHU/ECU/OAU). The contractor is responsible for preventive maintenance, chemical cleaning of condensers, and replacement of essential parts such as compressor oil, filters, bearings, and mechanical seals. The primary objective is to ensure the system operates at peak efficiency and remains in good working condition according to technical engineering standards.
