โรงพยาบาลชัยนาทนเรนทรมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ Blood Gas อัตโนมัติ จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เครื่อง พร้อมน้ำยาและวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อรองรับภารกิจด้านการตรวจวินิจฉัยทางห้องปฏิบัติการ โดยมีกำหนดระยะเวลาการเช่ารวม 3 ปี (ปีงบประมาณ 2568-2570) ครอบคลุมปริมาณงานตรวจวิเคราะห์ประมาณ 15,000 รายงาน

คุณลักษณะของเครื่องมือต้องเป็นเครื่องใหม่หรือใช้งานมาไม่เกิน 3 ปี ใช้เทคโนโลยี Micro sensor ในการตรวจวัดค่า pH, pO2, pCO2 และค่าคำนวณอื่นๆ เช่น HCO3, tCO2 และ sO2 ได้อย่างแม่นยำภายในเวลาไม่เกิน 35 วินาทีต่อตัวอย่าง เครื่องต้องมีระบบควบคุมคุณภาพอัตโนมัติ (Automatic QC) และได้รับมาตรฐานสากล เช่น US FDA, CE Mark และ ISO 13485

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการติดตั้งเครื่องพร้อมเครื่องสำรองไฟ (UPS) การเชื่อมต่อกับระบบสารสนเทศห้องปฏิบัติการ (LIS) ของโรงพยาบาล การฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ และการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันรวมถึงการซ่อมแซมโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมตลอดอายุสัญญา ผู้ให้เช่าต้องจัดหาน้ำยาแบบพร้อมใช้งาน (Ready to use) และวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองทั้งหมดให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน โดยการชำระเงินจะจ่ายเป็นรายเดือนตามจำนวนรายงานผลการทดสอบที่สมบูรณ์จริง

Chainat Narenthorn Hospital is seeking to rent at least 6 units of Automated Blood Gas Analyzers along with necessary reagents and consumables for a 3-year period. The project aims to support an estimated workload of 15,000 tests over the contract duration. The required equipment must utilize Micro sensor technology, requiring less than 70 microliters of whole blood per sample, with a processing time of under 35 seconds.

The scope of work includes the provision of equipment (new or less than 3 years old), installation with UPS, integration with the hospital’s Laboratory Information System (LIS), and comprehensive maintenance services. The bidder is responsible for providing ready-to-use reagents, quality control materials (QC/EQA), and staff training. Payment will be made on a monthly basis based on the actual number of completed test reports. The equipment and reagents must comply with international standards such as US FDA, CE Mark, and ISO 13485.
