โครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าและวิทยุ ตามโครงการติดตั้งระบบโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ ภายในห้องประชุมสำนักงานเทศบาลเมืองกระทุ่มล้ม อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ชุดใหม่ทดแทนระบบเดิมที่ใช้งานมานานจนเสื่อมสภาพตามอายุการใช้งาน เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่และการบริการประชาชนที่มาติดต่อราชการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยระบบดังกล่าวจะติดตั้ง ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 3 จำนวน 3 ห้อง ได้แก่ ห้องประชุมย่อย ห้องประชุมสภาเทศบาล และห้องประชุมใหญ่

สำหรับขอบเขตงานในระยะนี้จะมุ่งเน้นการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ในห้องประชุมย่อย (ห้องประชุม Video Tele Conference) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยระบบไมโครโฟนประชุมแบบไร้สายประสิทธิภาพสูงที่รองรับการใช้งานร่วมกันได้อย่างเสถียร ระบบกล้องติดตามผู้พูดอัตโนมัติ (Camera Tracking) ที่ทำงานประสานกับไมโครโฟน จออัจฉริยะ Interactive Smart Board ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 75 นิ้ว ที่รองรับระบบปฏิบัติการสองระบบ (Android และ Windows) ระบบกระจายเสียงพร้อมเครื่องขยายเสียงและลำโพงติดผนัง ตู้แร็คสำหรับจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์ ตลอดจนการเดินท่อรางสายสัญญาณอย่างเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการย้ายและติดตั้งเครื่องมัลติมีเดียโปรเจคเตอร์เดิมของเทศบาลขึ้นติดตั้งบนเพดานเพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานร่วมกับระบบใหม่ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์

This project involves the procurement and installation of electrical and radio equipment for the audio-visual (AV) system in the meeting rooms of Krathum Lom Town Municipality Office, Nakhon Pathom Province. The objective is to replace the old, deteriorated AV equipment in three 3rd-floor meeting rooms (the small VTC room, municipal council room, and large conference room) to enhance operational efficiency and public services. The current scope focuses on the small Video Tele Conference (VTC) room, featuring a high-performance wireless conference microphone system (1 chairman unit, 16 delegate units), an automatic camera tracking system, a 75-inch Interactive Smart Board supporting dual OS (Android & Windows), a powered mixer amplifier, wall-mounted speakers, a 19-inch 6U rack cabinet, and professional cabling/conduit installation. The contractor is also responsible for mounting the municipality’s existing multimedia projector on the ceiling and removing old speakers.
