The project involves the renovation and reconstruction of the Learning Center building located at Moo 7, Chaksi Subdistrict, Mueang District. The scope of work includes partial demolition of the existing structure followed by structural reinforcement using reinforced concrete (foundations with 22x22 cm piles, columns, beams, and slabs) with a minimum compressive strength of 240 ksc (Cube). Architectural works include floor tiling and wall finishes. The roofing system features a steel frame covered with standard tiles (1.20x0.50x0.5 cm). A comprehensive electrical system installation is required, including a consumer unit, lighting, grounded outlets, emergency lights, and a fire alarm system (manual pull stations and alarm bells). All materials and workmanship must comply with the specified engineering standards and the provided blueprints.
