โรงพยาบาลบ้านแพ้ว (องค์การมหาชน) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการปรับปรุงศูนย์ส่องกล้อง เนื่องจากปัจจุบันมีผู้ป่วยเข้ารับบริการตรวจวินิจฉัยและรักษาด้วยการส่องกล้องระบบทางเดินอาหารเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่งผลให้พื้นที่เดิมมีความแออัดและไม่เพียงพอต่อการรองรับเครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์ในปัจจุบัน โครงการนี้จึงมุ่งเน้นการปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมให้เหมาะสมตามมาตรฐานสถานพยาบาล เพื่อความปลอดภัยของทั้งบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และผู้ป่วย รวมถึงช่วยลดระยะเวลารอคอยและเพิ่มความรวดเร็วในการให้บริการ

ขอบเขตของงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ตามแบบรูปและรายการประกอบที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด (เอกสารแนบ 1) โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และแรงงานฝีมือที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีประสบการณ์ในงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันและมีผลงานที่เป็นคู่สัญญาโดยตรงกับหน่วยงานรัฐหรือเอกชนที่น่าเชื่อถือมูลค่าไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ล้านบาท การดำเนินงานต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน แบ่งการจ่ายเงินเป็น 3 งวดงาน และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการปรับปรุงศูนย์ส่องกล้องในครั้งนี้จะเป็นไปอย่างมีคุณภาพและยั่งยืน

Ban Phaeo Hospital (Public Organization) is seeking a contractor for the renovation of its Endoscopy Center. The project is driven by the continuous increase in patients requiring gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures, which has led to overcrowding and insufficient space for modern medical technologies. The primary objectives are to create a safe and appropriate environment for both staff and patients, enhance treatment efficiency, and reduce patient waiting times.

The scope of work includes renovation and construction as detailed in the provided drawings and specifications (Attachment 1). The contractor must complete the project within 120 days from the commencement date. Eligible bidders must be legal entities with a proven track record in similar construction projects, with at least one contract valued at no less than 5,000,000 THB. The project has a total budget of 10,000,000 THB, with payments divided into three installments. A minimum 2-year warranty for defects is required, and any reported issues must be addressed within 7 days.
