โรงพยาบาลราชบุรีมีความประสงค์จะเช่าเครื่องวิเคราะห์อัตโนมัติเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการวินิจฉัยโรคและรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วย โดยเน้นการตรวจวิเคราะห์ด้านภูมิคุ้มกันวิทยาสำหรับ Infectious markers เช่น HIV, Hepatitis B/C และ Cardiac markers เช่น Troponin-I และ NT-ProBNP โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการจัดหาเครื่องวิเคราะห์ที่มีความเร็วไม่น้อยกว่า 200 ทดสอบต่อชั่วโมง ใช้เทคโนโลยี Electrochemiluminescence หรือ CMIA ที่มีความแม่นยำสูง

ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการติดตั้งเครื่องพร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบ เช่น เครื่องสำรองไฟ (UPS) การเชื่อมต่อระบบสารสนเทศห้องปฏิบัติการ (LIS) การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันอย่างน้อยปีละ 3 ครั้ง และการซ่อมแซมกรณีเครื่องขัดข้องภายใน 24-48 ชั่วโมง นอกจากนี้ ผู้ให้เช่าต้องสนับสนุนน้ำยาตรวจวิเคราะห์ตามปริมาณประมาณการ 8 รายการ รวมถึงสารควบคุมคุณภาพ (IQC) และการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมทดสอบความชำนาญ (EQA) โดยคิดค่าเช่าเป็นรายเดือนตามจำนวนรายงานผลการทดสอบที่สมบูรณ์ (Per Report) ภายใต้งบประมาณ 5,934,600.00 บาท เพื่อให้การบริการทางการแพทย์เป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีมาตรฐานสากล

The project involves the procurement of high-efficiency equipment capable of performing at least 200 tests per hour using Electrochemiluminescence or CMIA technology. The scope includes the provision of reagents for 8 specific tests, LIS system integration, and comprehensive maintenance services. The contractor is responsible for installation, staff training, and ensuring the system’s continuous operation with a 24-48 hour repair turnaround time. Payment will be made on a “per report” basis. The contract runs until September 30, 2027, with a total budget of 5,934,600.00 THB.
