โครงการนี้เป็นงานจ้างเหมาทำการปรับปรุงคุณภาพผิวจราจรบนทางหลวงหมายเลข 3351 ตอน เก้าห้อง - บางแม่หม้าย ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของแขวงทางหลวงสุพรรณบุรีที่ 1 สำนักงานทางหลวงที่ 12 วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการแก้ไขปัญหาผิวทางที่ชำรุดและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการขับขี่ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการขุดไสผิวทางเดิม (Milling) โดยมีการนำวัสดุเดิมกลับมาหมุนเวียนใช้ใหม่ในสัดส่วนที่กำหนด (Recycling 60%) และนำส่งคืนแขวงฯ (40%) กระบวนการก่อสร้างรวมถึงการทำ Asphalt Hot Mix In-Plant Recycling หนา 5 ซม. การปูชั้นปรับระดับ และการปูผิวจราจรชั้นบนสุดด้วย Asphalt Concrete (AC 40-50) หนา 5 ซม. พร้อมทั้งงานตีเส้นจราจรใหม่ด้วยสีเทอร์โมพลาสติก เพื่อให้ได้มาตรฐานตามที่กรมทางหลวงกำหนดและสร้างความปลอดภัยสูงสุดแก่ผู้ใช้เส้นทาง

This project involves the rehabilitation and improvement of Highway No. 3351, Section 0100 (Kao Hong - Bang Mae Mai), from km 7+040 to km 8+005, under the jurisdiction of Suphan Buri 1 Highway District. The primary objective is to restore the pavement condition and enhance road safety. The scope of work includes milling the existing surface (40% for stock, 60% for recycling), performing Asphalt Hot Mix In-Plant Recycling (5 cm thickness), applying a leveling course, and finishing with a 5 cm Asphalt Concrete wearing course (AC 40-50). The project also covers road marking with thermoplastic paint. All works must comply with the Department of Highways’ technical standards to ensure durability and efficient traffic flow.
