โครงการจ้างตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางห้องปฏิบัติการ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 ของกลุ่มงานพยาธิวิทยาคลินิกและเทคนิคการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลเมตตาประชารักษ์ (วัดไร่ขิง) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญและได้มาตรฐานในการตรวจวิเคราะห์สิ่งส่งตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการจำนวน 272 รายการที่โรงพยาบาลไม่ได้ดำเนินการเอง ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการรับสิ่งส่งตรวจวันละ 2 รอบ การวิเคราะห์ผลด้วยเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย การรายงานผลวิกฤตทันที และการติดตั้งระบบออนไลน์พร้อมอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อติดตามผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีประสบการณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี มีการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 15189 และ ISO 27001 และสามารถตรวจวิเคราะห์เองได้มากกว่าร้อยละ 50 ของรายการที่กำหนด โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 8,557,890 บาท (แปดล้านหกแสนแปดหมื่นเก้าพันแปดร้อยเก้าสิบห้าบาทถ้วน) ระยะเวลาดำเนินงานตลอดปีงบประมาณ 2570 และใช้เกณฑ์ราคารวมต่ำสุดในการตัดสิน

Outsource Laboratory Testing Services for Fiscal Year 2027 for the Department of Clinical Pathology and Medical Technology, Metta Pracharak Hospital (Wat Rai Khing). The project aims to procure a highly qualified and standardized laboratory service provider to perform 272 laboratory test items that the hospital does not conduct in-house. The scope of work includes daily specimen collection (2 rounds/day), high-standard laboratory analysis, immediate reporting of critical values, and the installation of an online tracking system with necessary hardware. Bidders must be legal entities with at least 5 years of experience, certified under LA, ISO 15189, and ISO 27001 standards, and capable of performing more than 50% of the requested tests in-house. The total budget is 8,557,890 Baht (noted as 8,689,895 Baht in Thai text), covering the entire fiscal year 2027. The selection is based on the lowest total price.
