โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงพื้นที่ห้อง C101 ณ อาคารบรรยายรวม 5 (บร.5) คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ศูนย์รังสิต ให้เป็นพื้นที่ Co-working space ห้องประชุม และห้องทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้าแรงต่ำ การเดินสายไฟใหม่มากกว่า 600 เมตร การติดตั้งตู้เมนไฟฟ้าและระบบสายดิน งานสถาปัตยกรรมภายในรวมถึงการซ่อมแซมพื้นผิวผนังและทาสีใหม่ตามมาตรฐาน มอก. การติดตั้งเฟอร์นิเจอร์ Built-in เช่น เคาน์เตอร์รับรอง โต๊ะบาร์ และผนังตกแต่ง งานติดตั้งผนังกระจกนิรภัย (Tempered Glass) หนา 10 มม. พร้อมบานเปิด และการติดตั้งระบบปรับอากาศแบบแขวนผนังและแบบ 4 ทิศทาง ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างห้องปฏิบัติการทางวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างน้อย 3 สัญญาในช่วง 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา และต้องมีวิศวกรไฟฟ้าและวิศวกรเครื่องกลควบคุมงาน

This project aims to renovate Room C101 at the BR.5 Building, Faculty of Science and Technology, Thammasat University (Rangsit Campus), into a modern Co-working space, meeting room, and office. The scope of work includes upgrading the low-voltage electrical system with over 600 meters of wiring, installing a main distribution board, and grounding systems. Architectural works involve wall surface repairs and interior painting following TIS standards, installation of built-in furniture (reception counters, bar tables, decorative walls), and 10mm tempered glass partitions. The project also covers the installation of split-type and 4-way cassette air conditioning units. Bidders must demonstrate at least three previous science laboratory construction projects within the last three years, each valued at over 1 million THB, and provide certified electrical and mechanical engineers for the project.
