วิทยาลัยเทคนิคบ้านค่าย ได้รับอุดหนุนการจัดสรรงบประมาณจากกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าเพื่อกิจการตามมาตรา 47(3) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 จากกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้า เขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด จังหวัดระยอง เพื่อดำเนินโครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์เฟอร์นิเจอร์สำหรับใช้ภายในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 4 รายการ ประกอบด้วย (1) โต๊ะอเนกประสงค์หน้าขาวแบบพับได้พร้อมเก้าอี้พลาสติกแบบมีพนักพิง สำหรับอาคารอเนกประสงค์ (2) ครุภัณฑ์โต๊ะเขียนแบบพร้อมเก้าอี้ (3) โต๊ะเก้าอี้สแตนเลสโรงอาหาร และ (4) เก้าอี้แลคเชอร์

คณะกรรมการที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งตามคำสั่งวิทยาลัยเทคนิคบ้านค่าย ที่ 189/2569 ลงวันที่ 20 มีนาคม 2569 ได้กำหนดรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะและราคากลางเรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยราคากลางต่อหน่วย ได้แก่ โต๊ะอเนกประสงค์พร้อมเก้าอี้ 2,460 บาท/ชุด โต๊ะเขียนแบบพร้อมเก้าอี้ 3,677 บาท โต๊ะเก้าอี้สแตนเลสโรงอาหาร 24,450 บาท และเก้าอี้แลคเชอร์ 1,280 บาท/ตัว

ขอบเขตงานคือการจัดหาและส่งมอบครุภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพตรงตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะทางเทคนิคที่กำหนดไว้ เช่น โต๊ะสแตนเลสโรงอาหารต้องใช้สแตนเลสเกรดไม่ต่ำกว่า 304 โต๊ะเขียนแบบต้องปรับมุมกระดานได้ 0–90 องศา และเก้าอี้พลาสติกต้องรับน้ำหนักได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 80 กิโลกรัม ทั้งนี้ ผู้ขายต้องรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้าและอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี และในระยะเวลารับประกันหากอุปกรณ์ชำรุดบกพร่องจากการใช้งานตามปกติ ผู้ขายต้องดำเนินการซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ใหม่โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

Ban Khai Technical College, Rayong Province, has been allocated budget from the Electricity Development Fund under Section 47(3) for Fiscal Year B.E. 2569 (2026), provided by the Electricity Development Fund of Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province, to procure four categories of furniture equipment: (1) white folding multi-purpose tables with plastic backrest chairs for the multipurpose building, (2) drafting tables with chairs, (3) stainless steel dining tables and benches for the cafeteria, and (4) lecture chairs. The appointed committee has determined the specifications and mid-range prices as follows: THB 2,460 per set for the folding table with chair, THB 3,677 for the drafting table with chair, THB 24,450 for the stainless steel cafeteria table set, and THB 1,280 per unit for the lecture chair. Suppliers must deliver products meeting all technical specifications — such as stainless steel grade no less than 304 for cafeteria furniture, adjustable tabletop angles of 0–90 degrees for drafting tables, and weight capacity of at least 80 kg for plastic chairs. All products must carry a minimum one-year warranty, during which the supplier must repair or replace defective items at no cost.
