โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและเส้นทางคมนาคมในเขตหมู่ที่ 6 บ้านต้นสำโรง เทศบาลตำบลดอนชะเอม เพื่อให้ประชาชนสามารถสัญจรได้อย่างสะดวกและปลอดภัย โดยขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการเตรียมพื้นที่ทางดินเดิม การบดอัดแน่น การลงทรายหยาบรองพื้นหนา 0.05 เมตร และการเทผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กหนา 0.15 เมตร เสริมเหล็กตะแกรง Wire Mesh ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 4 มิลลิเมตร ที่ระยะห่าง 25x25 เซนติเมตร

นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการจัดทำไหล่ทางด้วยหินคลุกกว้าง 0.00 - 0.25 เมตร ตามสภาพพื้นที่ และติดตั้งรอยต่อถนนประเภทต่างๆ เช่น Contraction Joint และ Expansion Joint ทุกระยะ 100 เมตร ตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรมงานทางของกรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง กรมทางหลวงชนบท หรือกรมทางหลวง โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดหาเครื่องหมายจราจรและอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอุบัติเหตุตลอดระยะเวลาการก่อสร้าง รวมถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับระบบสาธารณูปโภคใต้ดินในบริเวณพื้นที่โครงการ

The project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road at Village No. 6, Ban Ton Samrong (from Mrs. Kim Heng Nopparat’s house to Mrs. Prapai Tao Prong’s house) under the jurisdiction of Don Cha-em Subdistrict Municipality. The scope of work includes constructing a concrete pavement 3.00 meters wide, 370 meters long, and 0.15 meters thick, covering a total area of no less than 1,110 square meters. The construction process includes subgrade preparation, 0.05-meter sand bedding, and the installation of 4mm diameter wire mesh (25x25 cm spacing). The project also requires crushed stone shoulders and standard joint installations. The contractor is responsible for traffic safety measures and any damage to underground utilities during the construction period, adhering to the latest standards of the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning or the Department of Rural Roads.
