โรงพยาบาลกาฬสินธุ์ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ได้รับจัดสรรงบประมาณลงทุนจากสํานักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๗๐ จำนวน 3,500,000.00 บาท เพื่อจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์สำหรับเฝ้าติดตามผู้ป่วยภาวะวิกฤตอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่เด็กแรกเกิดจนถึงผู้ใหญ่

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย 3 รายการหลัก: (1) ชุดศูนย์กลางติดตามการทํางานของหัวใจและสัญญาณชีพ (Central Monitor System) 1 ชุด ที่เฝ้าติดตามได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 64 เตียง พร้อมจอแสดงผล 19 นิ้ว จำนวน 2 จอ (2) เครื่องติดตามการทํางานของหัวใจและสัญญาณชีพข้างเตียง (Patient Monitor) พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบ 8 ชุด วัดได้ครบ 6 พารามิเตอร์ ได้แก่ ECG, Respiration, NIBP, SpO2, Temperature และ IBP (3) เครื่องควบคุมการให้สารละลายทางหลอดเลือดดำอัตโนมัติชนิด 1 สาย (Infusion Pump) 1 เครื่อง พร้อมอุปกรณ์เสริม เช่น เครื่องพิมพ์ เครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า และ Module CO2

ผู้ขายต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายโดยตรงจากโรงงานผู้ผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องผ่านมาตรฐาน CE และ US FDA ผู้ขายต้องผ่านการรับรอง ISO9001 และ ISO13485 พร้อมหนังสือรับรองอะไหล่ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี ส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 120 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามสัญญา รับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 2 ปี พร้อมตรวจเช็คสภาพเครื่องทุก 6 เดือน การชำระเงินเป็นงวดเดียวหลังตรวจรับพัสดุเรียบร้อย

Kalasin Hospital, Kalasin Province, has allocated an investment budget of 3,500,000.00 THB for fiscal year 2027 (B.E. 2570) from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health, to procure medical equipment for continuous monitoring of critically ill patients, from newborns to adults. The scope includes: (1) a Central Monitor System capable of monitoring at least 64 beds with two 19-inch displays, (2) bedside Patient Monitors with complete accessories for 8 beds measuring 6 parameters (ECG, Respiration, NIBP, SpO2, Temperature, and IBP), and (3) a single-channel automatic Infusion Pump, plus supporting equipment such as a printer, UPS, and CO2 modules. The supplier must be a direct authorized distributor from the manufacturer, products must be CE and US FDA certified, and the supplier must hold ISO9001 and ISO13485 certifications with spare parts availability of at least 5 years. Delivery is required within 120 days of contract signing, with a 2-year warranty, semi-annual preventive maintenance, and single payment upon successful inspection and acceptance.
