โครงการก่อสร้างแหล่งน้ำและระบบส่งน้ำ ฝายห้วยหมากกล้วย ตำบลห้วยสีเสียด อำเภอภูหลวง จังหวัดเลย ดำเนินการก่อสร้างโดยกรมชลประทาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแหล่งน้ำและระบบส่งน้ำให้แก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่ ขอบเขตของงานหลักประกอบด้วย การก่อสร้างฝายคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ทางระบายน้ำล้น ค.ส.ล. แบบที่ 7 พร้อมอาคารประกอบ ได้แก่ กำแพงข้าง, กำแพงปีก, ท่อรับน้ำ, ท่อระบายปากคลอง, งานขุดลอกบริเวณหน้าฝายและลำน้ำ, งานถมดินบดอัดแน่น (Compaction 95% และ 85% S.P.C.T.), งานเรียงหินพร้อมทรายรองพื้น, งานติดตั้งแผ่นใยสังเคราะห์ (Woven Geotextile) และงานแผ่นยางกันน้ำซึม (Waterstop with Elastic Filler) ตัวงานก่อสร้างใช้วัสดุตอม่อ คอนกรีตกำลังอัดไม่น้อยกว่า 175 กก./ซม.² (Cylinder) เหล็กเสริมข้ออลวง (SD40) และเหล็กเส้นกลม (SR24) ตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรมชลประทาน เพื่อให้โครงสร้างมีความมั่นคงแข็งแรง สามารถรับน้ำทحนสูงสุดและรองรับการใช้งานด้านชลประทานในระยะยาว

Construction project of Huai Mak Kluai Weir and water distribution system, located in Huai Si Sian Subdistrict, Phu Luang District, Loei Province, overseen by the Royal Irrigation Department. The scope of work includes the construction of a reinforced concrete weir, a reinforced concrete spillway (Type 7), wing walls, side walls, intake pipes, canal outlet pipes, dredging work, and compacted earthfill work (95% and 85% S.P.C.T.). The project aims to improve water resource management and agricultural infrastructure in the area, utilizing high-standard materials such as 175 ksc concrete, SD40 deformed steel bars, and SR24 round steel bars to ensure structural integrity and long-term durability.
