ประกาศโรงพยาบาลบางพลี เรื่อง การจัดจ้างตรวจเพาะเชื้อ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 เพื่อให้บริการตรวจวินิจฉัยทางห้องปฏิบัติการในรายการที่โรงพยาบาลไม่สามารถดำเนินการเองได้ ครอบคลุมการตรวจ 6 รายการหลัก ได้แก่ Routine aerobic culture and sensitivity, Culture for Fungus, Hemo culture/sensitivity, Hemo culture for TB, MIC ต่อยา 1 ชนิด และ TB Culture & sensitivity โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย มีใบรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 15189 หรือ LA ตลอดอายุสัญญา ต้องติดตั้งเครื่องบ่มเพาะเชื้อจากเลือด (Hemo Culture) ชนิด Automatic พร้อมน้ำยาและอุปกรณ์สนับสนุน ณ โรงพยาบาลบางพลี จัดให้มีระบบขนส่งสิ่งส่งตรวจได้มาตรฐานวันละ 2 รอบ และมีระบบรายงานผลผ่าน Computer Online เชื่อมต่อกับโปรแกรม LIS (I-Link) ของโรงพยาบาล พร้อมรายงานผลด่วนกรณีพบเชื้อดื้อยาสำคัญ ทั้งนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องเสนอราคารวมไม่เกินวงเงินงบประมาณ 3,200,000 บาท ระยะเวลาดำเนินงานตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2570

The Bang Phli Hospital is seeking bids for laboratory culture and sensitivity testing services for the fiscal year 2027. The project scope includes performing medical laboratory diagnostics (routine aerobic culture, fungal culture, hemoculture, TB culture, and MIC tests) that are beyond the hospital’s internal capacity. Contractors must possess ISO 15189 or LA certification, install an automated hemoculture incubator with necessary media at Bang Phli Hospital, provide specimen transportation twice daily, and establish a secure online computer/LIS (I-Link) reporting system. The project duration is 12 months, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with a total budget of 3,200,000 THB.
