โครงการเช่าเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า ขนาด 500 กิโลวัตต์ แบบ Soundproof พร้อมติดตั้งและโรงเรือน ของโรงพยาบาลลำพูน จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อรองรับการเปิดให้บริการของอาคาร 72 ปี (อาคารผู้ป่วยนอก 5 ชั้น) ให้มีระบบไฟฟ้าสำรองที่มีประสิทธิภาพ รองรับการจ่ายกระแสไฟฟ้าสำหรับแสงสว่าง เครื่องมือแพทย์ และระบบสาธารณูปโภคได้อย่างต่อเนื่องเมื่อเกิดเหตุไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าดีเซล ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 500 kW (625 kVA) พร้อมตู้ครอบเก็บเสียง (Soundproof Canopy) ระดับเสียงไม่เกิน 85 dBA ที่ระยะ 1 เมตร ถังน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงใต้ฐานขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 9,000 ลิตร พร้อมเติมน้ำมันดีเซลเต็มถังในวันส่งมอบ รวมถึงการก่อสร้างโรงเรือนตามแบบรายการ การเดินสายไฟมาตรฐานไปยังตู้ ATS ภายในอาคาร และการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ป้องกันไฟฟ้ากระชาก (Surge Protection)

สัญญาเช่ามีระยะเวลา 3 ปี (36 งวด) กำหนดส่งมอบและติดตั้งพร้อมใช้งานภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา วงเงินงบประมาณ 5,760,000 บาท โดยผู้ให้เช่าต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องตลอดระยะเวลา 3 ปี พร้อมเข้าบำรุงรักษาทุก 4 เดือน และเปลี่ยนถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่อง/ไส้กรองปีละ 1 ครั้ง เมื่อชำระค่าเช่าครบถ้วนตามสัญญา โรงพยาบาลจะได้รับโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าและอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด

The Rental Project of a 500 kW Soundproof Diesel Generator Set, including installation and shelter construction for Lamphun Hospital, aims to provide a reliable backup power supply system for the new 5-story OPD Building (72 Years Building). The project ensures uninterrupted electricity for lighting, medical equipment, and hospital utilities during power outages.

The scope of work includes providing a 500 kW (625 kVA) soundproof diesel generator set with a noise level not exceeding 85 dBA at 1 meter, a integrated base fuel tank with a capacity of at least 9,000 liters (delivered with a full tank of diesel), construction of a generator shelter according to specified engineering drawings, power cable installation to the building’s ATS panel, and installation of surge protection equipment.

The rental contract spans 3 years (36 monthly installments) with a maximum delivery and installation timeframe of 120 days from contract signing. The total allocated budget is 5,760,000 THB. The contractor must provide a 3-year warranty, routine maintenance every 4 months, and annual oil and filter replacements. Upon completion of all 36 rental payments, ownership of the generator set and all associated equipment will be fully transferred to Lamphun Hospital.
