การประปาส่วนภูมิภาค (กปภ.) ดำเนินโครงการเช่าใช้ระบบประชุมออนไลน์ ปีงบประมาณ ๒๕๗๐ วงเงินงบประมาณ ๗๓๘,๓๐๐.๐๐ บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรองรับการประชุมทางไกลภายใน กปภ. การประชุมร่วมกับหน่วยงานภายนอก และสนับสนุนงานบริการประชุมทางไกล ณ กปภ. สำนักงานใหญ่ ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาและให้บริการระบบประชุมออนไลน์ ได้แก่ ซอฟต์แวร์ Cisco Webex จำนวน ๓๐ ลิขสิทธิ์ ระยะเวลา ๑๒ เดือน (๒๐ ต.ค. ๒๕๖๙ - ๑๙ ต.ค. ๒๕๗๐) รองรับผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมไม่น้อยกว่า ๑,๐๐๐ ผู้ใช้งานต่อห้อง และซอฟต์แวร์ ZOOM จำนวน ๒ ลิขสิทธิ์ ระยะเวลา ๑๑ เดือน (๓ ธ.ค. ๒๕๖๙ - ๑๙ ต.ค. ๒๕๗๐) รวมถึงการจัดหาซิมการ์ดความเร็วอย่างน้อย 15 Mbps จำนวน ๑ ชุด พร้อมทดสอบการใช้งานระบบผ่านเครือข่ายสำรองและจัดทำรายงานผลภายใน ๔๕ วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

นอกจากนี้ ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องจัดส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำจำนวน ๑ คน เข้าปฏิบัติงาน ณ กปภ. สำนักงานใหญ่ ในวันและเวลาทำการ (จันทร์-ศุกร์ ๐๘.๓๐ - ๑๖.๓๐ น.) เพื่อทำหน้าที่ดูแลระบบ รับแจ้งเหตุขัดข้อง แก้ไขปัญหา และสนับสนุนการประชุมของผู้บริหารระดับสูง การชำระเงินจะดำเนินการจ่ายเงินงวดเดียวหลังส่งมอบงานครบถ้วน และตัดสินผู้ชนะด้วยหลักเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด

The Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) is seeking proposals for the “Rental of Online Meeting System Project for Fiscal Year 2027” with a total budget of 738,300.00 THB (inclusive of VAT). The project aims to facilitate internal teleconferencing, inter-agency meetings, and support video conferencing services at PWA Head Office efficiently.

The scope of work includes providing software rental licenses: 30 Cisco Webex licenses for 12 months (supporting at least 1,000 participants per room), 2 ZOOM licenses for 11 months, and 1 set of SIM cards with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for backup network testing. The contractor must test the backup network system and submit a test report within 45 days of contract signing.

Furthermore, the contractor must station 1 dedicated support personnel at PWA Head Office during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:30 - 16:30) to manage the meeting systems, handle technical issues, and support executive meetings. Payment will be made in a single lump sum upon full completion and acceptance of deliverables. The vendor selection is based on the Lowest Price criterion.
