บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (ทอท.) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการปรับปรุงระบบปรับอากาศ ณ ท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ต โดยการซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งเครื่องส่งลมเย็น (Fan Coil Unit) ระบบน้ำเย็น (Chilled Water) จำนวน 34 ชุด เพื่อทดแทนเครื่องเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพ วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการรักษาประสิทธิภาพการทำความเย็นในพื้นที่อาคารผู้โดยสารภายในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการรื้อถอนเครื่องส่งลมเย็นเดิม 34 ชุด (ขนาด 80,000 BTU 10 ชุด และ 30,000 BTU 24 ชุด) พร้อมจัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องใหม่ที่มีคุณสมบัติเทียบเท่าหรือดีกว่า โดยต้องเป็นพัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ งานติดตั้งรวมถึงระบบท่อส่งลมเย็น PID มาตรฐาน BS 476 หรือ UL 181, ระบบท่อน้ำเย็น PPR มาตรฐาน DIN, และระบบไฟฟ้าที่ใช้ท่อร้อยสาย IMC ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการเชื่อมต่อเข้ากับระบบท่อน้ำเย็นหลักเดิม ทดสอบการทำงาน และปรับสมดุลน้ำและลมให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรม (EIT 031001-21 และ EIT 022001-22)

การดำเนินงานต้องไม่กระทบต่อการให้บริการของท่าอากาศยาน และต้องมีการรับประกันคุณภาพงานเป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 365 วัน พร้อมบริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) ทุก 6 เดือนตลอดระยะเวลารับประกัน

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) intends to procure and install 34 units of Chilled Water Fan Coil Units (FCU) at Phuket International Airport. The project aims to replace aging equipment to ensure optimal cooling efficiency within the domestic and international terminals. The scope of work includes the dismantling of 34 existing units, procurement, and installation of new units (10 units of 75,000-85,690 BTU and 24 units of 30,000-32,720 BTU). The installation covers Pre-Insulated Ducts (PID), PPR chilled water piping, PVC drainage, and electrical systems using IMC conduits. The contractor is responsible for connecting to the existing main chilled water line, performing commissioning tests, and system balancing in accordance with EIT standards. All FCU units must be domestically manufactured. The project includes a 365-day warranty with preventive maintenance every 6 months.
