จังหวัดอุดรธานี มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างปรับปรุงห้องผ่าตัด (OR๔) ชั้น ๑ อาคารสูติกรรม ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยใช้งบเงินบำรุงโรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 โครงการนี้มีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ห้องผ่าตัดชั้น 1 อาคารสูติกรรม ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานห้องสะอาด (Clean Room) ระดับความสะอาด ISO 7 พร้อมระบบสนับสนุนต่างๆ เช่น ระบบปรับอากาศ ระบบท่อลม ระบบแก๊สทางการแพทย์ ระบบไฟฟ้า และระบบ Isolate System ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีผลงานติดตั้งปรับปรุงห้องผ่าตัดระดับความสะอาด ISO 7 ในระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 5 ปี มูลค่าไม่น้อยกว่า 1,800,000 บาท โดยเป็นผลงานโดยตรงกับโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ หรือโรงพยาบาลเอกชนที่ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน JCI พร้อมทั้งต้องแนบรายงานผลการทดสอบห้อง Clean Room (Test Report) ในหัวข้อสำคัญ ได้แก่ Temperature Test, Room Pressurization Test, Air Flow Volume Test, HEPA Filter Test Leak (P.A.O test) และ Room Relative Humidity Test ระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มทำงาน และต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี

Udon Thani Provincial Government is inviting e-bidding for the construction project to renovate Operating Room (OR4) on the 1st floor of the Obstetrics Building, funded by Udon Thani Hospital’s maintenance budget for fiscal year 2026. The scope of work includes architectural and MEP system renovations to achieve an ISO 7 Clean Room standard, medical gas system installation, and HVAC systems. Bidders must possess a proven track record in installing ISO 7 clean rooms worth at least 1,800,000 THB within the past 5 years, directly with government hospitals or JCI-accredited private hospitals, along with certified clean room test reports. The construction period is within 120 days with a 2-year warranty period.
