สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ส.) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินโครงการจ้างปรับปรุงพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศยาเสพติด (Narcotics Information System : NIS) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๗๐ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบสารสนเทศยาเสพติด ซึ่งประกอบด้วยระบบงานสำคัญต่างๆ เช่น ระบบทะเบียนคดี, ระบบข่าวกรองยาเสพติด, ระบบยึดทรัพย์สิน, ระบบข้อมูลการเบิกจ่ายเงินสินบนรางวัล, ระบบสืบค้นข้อมูลด่านชายแดน, ระบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยาเสพติด และระบบเจ้าหน้าที่บังคับใช้กฎหมาย สามารถเปิดให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีเสถียรภาพ และปลอดภัย

ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานหลักประกอบด้วย:

1. การจัดหาและต่ออายุ Software License สำหรับระบบงานต่างๆ และระบบสนับสนุน เช่น NetBackup Server, SystemWalker Operationmanager, Interstage Application Server และ Fujitsu Interstage Shunsaku
2. การให้บริการบำรุงรักษาระบบ (Maintenance Service) ทั้งแบบป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance - PM) และแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance - CM) ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง รวมถึงการติดตาม Log Service, Disk Space และ CPU
3. การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค (Technical Support) การปรับแต่งระบบ (Configuration) การสำรองข้อมูล และการกู้คืนระบบ (System Recovery) เมื่อเกิดเหตุขัดข้อง
4. การดูแลและบำรุงรักษาฐานข้อมูล Oracle Database รวมถึง Oracle RAC เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลมีความถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน และพร้อมใช้งานสำหรับผู้ใช้งาน (User) และผู้ดูแลระบบ (System Administrator)

The Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) is procuring the Enhancement and Maintenance Project for the Narcotics Information System (NIS) for the fiscal year 2027. The project scope includes the renewal of software licenses (such as NetBackup, SystemWalker, Interstage, and Shunsaku), Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (CM & PM), technical support, database administration (Oracle RAC), and system recovery services. The objective is to ensure the continuous, secure, and efficient operation of critical narcotics information systems, supporting the country’s drug suppression and prevention missions.
