โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาบุคลากรสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานด้านระบบผลิต ระบบจำหน่าย และงานบริการควบคุมน้ำสูญเสียของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาหนองคาย ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 7 อัตรา ระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน 12 เดือน ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการซ่อมแซมท่อประปาและประตูน้ำตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง การสุ่มอ่านและตรวจสอบมาตรวัดน้ำ การสำรวจแรงดันน้ำและแนวท่อประปา ตลอดจนการรับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากผู้ใช้น้ำ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องคัดเลือกบุคลากรที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ เช่น วุฒิการศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่า ม.3 หรือ ป.6 มีประสบการณ์ทำงานระบบประปากับ กปภ. และต้องรับลูกจ้างเดิมเข้าทำงานด้วย ด้านการจ่ายค่าจ้าง กำหนดอัตราพื้นฐาน 11,350 บาท/เดือน พร้อมเงินเพิ่มตามประสบการณ์ (750 - 1,500 บาท) และต้องจัดทำประกันภัยรวมถึงการฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัยก่อนเริ่มงาน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด

Outsourcing service contract for 7 personnel to support service operations and water loss control at the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) Nong Khai Branch for Fiscal Year 2027. The contract duration is 12 months (October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027). Scope of work includes pipe and valve repairs (24-hour readiness), water meter reading and inspection, water pressure surveys, pipeline mapping, and handling customer complaints. Bidders must employ qualified staff (minimum Grade 6/9 education) with prior PWA experience and absorb existing workers. Compensation includes a base salary of 11,350 THB/month plus experience-based incentives, social security, and accident insurance. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price criteria.
