โครงการขยายเขตระบบประปา เหนือโตน หมู่ที่ 2 เป็นโครงการก่อสร้างขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเชิงทะเล อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขยายเขตการให้บริการน้ำประปาแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ หมู่ที่ 2 ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและขุดวางท่อประปาชนิด HDPE 80 PE ชั้น PN10 ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 63 มิลลิเมตร รวมความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 3,000 เมตร และขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 90 มิลลิเมตร รวมความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 4,500 เมตร งานติดตั้งวาล์วควบคุมน้ำประกอบด้วย Butterfly Valve ขนาด 2 นิ้ว และ 3 นิ้ว พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบครบชุด อาทิ Stubend, Backing Ring, สามทาง และแผ่นตาบอด

ในส่วนงานโครงสร้าง วิศวกรรม และคืนสภาพผิวจราจร กำหนดให้ใช้คอนกรีตที่มีกำลังอัดประลัยไม่น้อยกว่า 240 กก./ตร.ซม. (ทรงลูกบาศก์มาตรฐาน 15x15x15 ซม. ที่อายุ 28 วัน) งานก่อสร้างต้องเป็นไปตามประกาศกรมทางหลวงชนบท เรื่อง มาตรฐานทางหลวงท้องถิ่น พ.ศ. 2562 นอกจากนี้ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการส่งเสริมพัสดุในประเทศ โดยต้องใช้วัสดุหรือครุภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตในประเทศไทยไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมดในสัญญา และต้องใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในโครงการ

The Water Supply System Expansion Project at Nuer Toan, Moo 2, is executed by Cherngtalay Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thalang District, Phuket Province. The main objective is to extend the public water distribution network to residents in Moo 2. The scope of work encompasses supplying and laying HDPE 80 PE PN10 pipes: Ø 63 mm with a minimum total length of 3,000 meters, and Ø 90 mm with a minimum total length of 4,500 meters. The project also includes installing control valves (2-inch and 3-inch Butterfly Valves) along with associated fittings such as Stubends, Backing Rings, Tees, and Blind Flanges.

Site restoration and concrete works require concrete with a minimum compressive strength of 240 ksc (15x15x15 cm cube at 28 days). Construction practices must comply with the Local Highway Standard B.E. 2562. Bidders are strictly required to enforce Made-in-Thailand (MiT) content policies, utilizing at least 60% locally manufactured construction materials and at least 90% Thai-produced steel products relative to total project contract values.
