โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างบริการจ้างเหมารักษาความสะอาด ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 ของศาลจังหวัดแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก ครอบคลุมพื้นที่สำคัญ 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ อาคารที่ทำการศาลจังหวัดแม่สอดและพื้นที่โดยรอบ อาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์ สานสัมพันธ์สองแผ่นดินและพื้นที่โดยรอบ และอาคารชุดพักอาศัยข้าราชการศาลยุติธรรมจำนวน 24 หน่วย มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้อาคารและสถานที่ราชการมีความสะอาด เรียบร้อย ถูกสุขลักษณะ ปลอดภัย และพร้อมใช้งานสำหรับการปฏิบัติราชการและการให้บริการประชาชนทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งสิ้น 12 เดือน เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2570 ภายใต้วงเงินงบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรรวม 2,303,000 บาท (สองล้านสามแสนสามพันบาทถ้วน) ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็นงบประมาณสำหรับอาคารที่ทำการศาล 1,735,000 บาท อาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์ 425,000 บาท และอาคารชุดพักอาศัย 143,000 บาท การส่งมอบงานและจ่ายเงินจะดำเนินการเป็นรายเดือน รวมทั้งสิ้น 12 งวด โดยผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000,000 บาท และผ่านเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติด้านการเงินและเทคนิคตามที่กำหนดใน TOR

This project is for the procurement of cleaning services for the fiscal year 2027 at the Mae Sot Provincial Court, Tak Province. The scope of work covers three main areas: the Mae Sot Provincial Court Building and its surrounding areas, the “San Samphan Song Phaendin” Museum Building and its surrounding areas, and the 24-unit residential building for court officials. The objective is to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety for government officials and the general public. The contract duration is 12 months, starting from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with a total budget of 2,303,000 Baht. Bidders must have a proven track record of similar cleaning services valued at no less than 1,000,000 Baht. The evaluation will be based on the price criteria, and payments will be made in 12 monthly installments.
