โครงการจ้างเหมาบริการทำความสะอาดและดูแลสวน สำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่ภูเก็ต ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดูแลรักษาความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของอาคารสำนักงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก ให้พร้อมสำหรับการปฏิบัติราชการและการให้บริการประชาชน ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาบุคลากรจำนวน 6 อัตรา แบ่งเป็น พนักงานทำความสะอาดประจำสาขาเมืองภูเก็ต 1 (1 อัตรา), สาขาเมืองภูเก็ต 2 (1 อัตรา), สาขากะทู้ (1 อัตรา), สาขาถลาง (1 อัตรา), ส่วนบริหารงานทั่วไป (1 อัตรา) และพนักงานดูแลสวน ลานจอดรถ และบริเวณภายนอกอาคารสำหรับสาขาเมืองภูเก็ต 1 และ 2 (1 อัตรา) ระยะเวลาสัญญา 12 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2570 งบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 1,072,800 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และน้ำยาทำความสะอาดที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เช่น เครื่องดูดฝุ่น เครื่องขัดพื้น และวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองต่างๆ รวมถึงการดูแลตัดแต่งสวนหย่อมและต้นไม้โดยรอบอาคารตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

Cleaning and Gardening Services Project for the Phuket Area Revenue Office, Fiscal Year 2027. The objective is to maintain cleanliness and orderliness both inside and outside the office buildings to ensure a suitable environment for government operations. The scope of work includes providing 6 personnel: 5 permanent cleaners for various branch offices (Phuket Town 1, Phuket Town 2, Kathu, Thalang, and the General Administration Division) and 1 gardener/caretaker for the exterior and parking areas of Phuket Town Branches 1 and 2. The contract duration is 12 months, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with a total budget of 1,072,800 Baht (including VAT). The contractor must supply all necessary high-quality cleaning equipment, tools, and chemical supplies, and ensure professional property maintenance according to the specified standards.
