โครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์และการแพทย์ เครื่องให้อากาศผสมออกซิเจนด้วยอัตราการไหลสูง (High-Flow Oxygen Therapy) จำนวน ๒ เครื่อง สำหรับโรงพยาบาลพัทยาปัทมคุณ จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการให้ออกซิเจนอัตราการไหลสูงแก่ผู้ป่วยภาวะวิกฤต ทั้งผู้ป่วยเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ โดยมีคุณลักษณะทางเทคนิคสำคัญ เช่น หน้าจอควบคุมระบบสัมผัส (Touch Screen) ปรับอัตราการไหลของอากาศได้ตั้งแต่ ๔ – ๗๐ ลิตร/นาที ปรับค่าความเข้มข้นออกซิเจน (FiO2) ได้ตั้งแต่ ๒๑ – ๑๐0% มีแบตเตอรี่สำรองชนิด Lithium-Ion ใช้งานได้ไม่น้อยกว่า ๒๐ นาที พร้อมระบบบันทึกและแสดงข้อมูลย้อนหลังอย่างน้อย ๒๔ ชั่วโมง ระบบวิเคราะห์ออกซิเจนแบบ Ultrasonic Measurement และระบบฆ่าเชื้อด้วยความร้อนอัตโนมัติ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องได้รับใบอนุญาต/จดทะเบียนจัดจำหน่ายเครื่องมือแพทย์จาก อย. มีหนังสือแต่งตั้งตัวแทนจำหน่าย ผลิตภัณฑ์ได้มาตรฐาน IEC60601-1 หรือ ISO 13485 กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน ๙๐ วัน และรับประกันคุณภาพอย่างน้อย ๒ ปี

Procurement project for 2 units of High-Flow Oxygen Therapy Equipment for Pattaya Pattamakun Hospital, Chonburi Province. The devices are designed for critical care patients ranging from pediatric to adult cases. Key technical specifications include a touch screen control interface, adjustable flow rate from 4 to 70 L/min, FiO2 adjustment range of 21–100%, an internal Lithium-Ion battery supporting at least 20 minutes of continuous operation during transport, 24-hour historical patient data logging, an ultrasonic oxygen analyzer, and an automated thermal disinfection system.
