โครงการจัดซื้อเครื่องถ่ายภาพจอประสาทตา 360 องศา และสแกนจุดรับภาพและขั้วประสาทตา ชนิด Swept source OCT จำนวน 1 เครื่อง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจวินิจฉัยและรักษาโรคทางจอประสาทตาของโรงพยาบาล โดยเครื่องมือนี้ใช้เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงที่สามารถถ่ายภาพจอประสาทตามุมกว้างพิเศษ (Widefield) และสแกนจุดรับภาพรวมถึงขั้วประสาทตาด้วยเทคโนโลยี Swept Source OCT ที่มีความเร็วและความละเอียดสูง ช่วยให้แพทย์สามารถประเมินพยาธิสภาพของโรคจอประสาทตาได้อย่างแม่นยำ เช่น การทำ Fluorescein Angiography (FA) และ Indocyanine Green Angiography (ICG)

ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาเครื่องถ่ายภาพและสแกนจอประสาทตาที่มีคุณสมบัติตามกำหนด พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบการใช้งานครบชุด ได้แก่ ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ประมวลผล หน้าจอแสดงผล เครื่องรักษาระดับแรงดันไฟฟ้า (Stabilizer) ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 1000 VA และโต๊ะวางเครื่องมือแพทย์ปรับระดับได้ การส่งมอบต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา พร้อมทั้งมีการรับประกันคุณภาพตัวเครื่องอย่างน้อย 2 ปี และการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ทุกๆ 6 เดือนตลอดระยะเวลารับประกัน รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่อย่างน้อย 2 คน เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานอุปกรณ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัยสูงสุดแก่ผู้ป่วย

This procurement project is for one unit of a 360-degree Retinal Imaging Camera and Macular/Optic Nerve Scanner (Swept Source OCT type) through the e-bidding process for the fiscal year 2024, with a reference budget of 14,800,000 Baht. The primary objective is to enhance the diagnostic and treatment capabilities for retinal diseases. The equipment features ultra-widefield retinal imaging and high-speed, high-resolution scanning of the macula and optic nerve using Swept Source OCT technology. It supports multiple modalities including Fluorescein Angiography (FA) and Indocyanine Green Angiography (ICG). The scope of work includes the delivery of the main equipment, accessories (computer system, 1000 VA stabilizer, and adjustable instrument table), installation, and user training for at least 2 staff members. Delivery must be completed within 120 days after contract signing, with a minimum 2-year warranty and preventive maintenance every 6 months during the warranty period.
