ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดหาน้ำยาตรวจวิเคราะห์ให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน (ประมาณ 50,871 รายการต่อปี) พร้อมทั้งติดตั้งเครื่องสำรองไฟ (UPS) และดำเนินการเชื่อมต่อระบบสารสนเทศของโรงพยาบาล (LIS/HIS) รวมถึงระบบ HosXP นอกจากนี้ยังมีเงื่อนไขการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแบบรวมอะไหล่ตลอดอายุสัญญา 3 ปี หากเครื่องขัดข้องต้องดำเนินการแก้ไขภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง หรือจัดหาเครื่องสำรองให้ใช้งาน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก เพื่อให้ได้ความคุ้มค่าสูงสุดแก่ทางราชการ

The project involves providing high-performance equipment with a throughput of at least 60 tests per hour, utilizing Flow Imaging and AI technology for sediment identification without the need for centrifugation. The scope includes the supply of reagents (approx. 50,871 tests/year), installation of UPS, and full integration with the hospital’s LIS/HIS (HosXP) systems. The lessor is responsible for all maintenance, repairs, and spare parts throughout the contract. In case of equipment failure, repairs must be completed within 48 hours, or a backup unit must be provided. The selection will be based on the price criteria.
