เทศบาลเมืองบางแม่นาง อำเภอบางใหญ่ จังหวัดนนทบุรี มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินโครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ยานพาหนะและขนส่ง รถบรรทุก แบบเทท้าย ชนิด 4 ล้อ ขนาดความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ลูกบาศก์เมตร จำนวน 1 คัน งบประมาณจัดซื้อ 1,800,000 บาท เพื่อใช้ในภารกิจการให้บริการสาธารณะ การบำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซม และพัฒนาพื้นที่ในเขตเทศบาล ตลอดจนการสนับสนุนภารกิจเร่งด่วน

ขอบเขตของงานกำหนดให้เป็นรถยนต์บรรทุกเทท้าย 4 ล้อ (ปิ๊กอัพ) ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ สภาพใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล 4 สูบ 4 จังหวะ ระบายความร้อนด้วยน้ำ มีปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่น้อยกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังสูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์ (ไม่น้อยกว่า 100 แรงม้า) ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. ด้านมลพิษ ตัวกระบะบรรทุกมีขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ลูกบาศก์เมตร โดยส่วนพื้นสร้างด้วยสแตนเลส Grade 304 หนาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 มม. กระบะข้างหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 มม. ควบคุมการยกเทด้วยระบบไฮดรอลิกกระบอกดันใต้ท้องกระบะแบบ Double Acting ติดตั้งระบบป้องกันความร้อน/ดับเพลิงอัตโนมัติด้วยสารสะอาด HFC-227ea ในห้องเครื่องยนต์ และติดตั้งชุดสัญญาณไฟฉุกเฉิน LED บนหัวเก๋งที่ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน SAE J845 Class 1

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายโดยตรง (ทั้งตัวรถและโรงงานผลิตกระบะ) โดยมีหนังสือแต่งตั้งจำหน่ายให้กับเทศบาลเมืองบางแม่นางโดยตรง พร้อมแนบแคตตาล็อกและเอกสารรับรองมาตรฐานต่างๆ กำหนดเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา จ่ายเงินงวดเดียว 100% พร้อมการรับประกันเครื่องยนต์และระบบไฮดรอลิกเป็นเวลา 1 ปี
