การประปาส่วนภูมิภาคเขต 8 โดยการประปาส่วนภูมิภาคสาขามุกดาหาร ได้จัดทำขอบเขตของงาน (TOR) สำหรับโครงการจ้างเหมาติดตั้งเปลี่ยนมาตรวัดน้ำและอุปกรณ์รับโอนกิจการประปาเทศบาลตำบลคำอาฮวน พื้นที่หมู่ 3, 4, 7, 12, 13, 14 ตำบลคำอาฮวน อำเภอเมืองมุกดาหาร จังหวัดมุกดาหาร วงเงินงบประมาณ 1,958,100 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดำเนินการเปลี่ยนมาตรวัดน้ำใหม่ ขนาด 1/2 นิ้ว จำนวนประมาณ 729-730 เครื่อง ให้แก่ผู้ใช้น้ำในพื้นที่รับโอนกิจการประปา

ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานของผู้รับจ้างประกอบด้วย การรับรายชื่อและตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้ใช้น้ำ การประสานงานและประชาสัมพันธ์ร่วมกับ กปภ.สาขามุกดาหาร การเปลี่ยนมาตรวัดน้ำใหม่พร้อมผูกลวดตีตรามาตรและอุปกรณ์ประกอบ การย้ายจุดติดตั้งมาตรวัดน้ำออกมานอกเขตที่ดินของผู้ใช้น้ำในกรณีที่จำเป็น การทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน การจัดทำข้อมูลรายชื่อและบันทึกภาพถ่ายก่อน-หลังการเปลี่ยนมาตรวัดน้ำส่งมอบในรูปแบบ Flash Drive และเอกสารประกอบการเบิกจ่าย นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) และกฎหมายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานอย่างเคร่งครัด ระยะเวลาดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอใช้เกณฑ์ราคา

The Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) Region 8, Mukdahan Branch, has issued a Terms of Reference (TOR) for the procurement of water meter replacement and equipment installation services for the transferred water supply system in tambon Kham A-Huan, Mueang Mukdahan District, Mukdahan Province. The project has a budget of 1,958,100 Baht (including VAT) covering approximately 729-730 units of 1/2-inch water meters.

The scope of work includes verifying consumer lists, coordinating with PWA for public relations, replacing new 1/2-inch water meters with security seals and accessories, relocating meters outside private properties if necessary, cleaning work areas, and compiling photographic and database records submitted via Flash Drive and required documentation. The contractor must comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and occupational safety regulations. The project completion period is within 60 days from the contract signing date, and bids will be evaluated based on the lowest price criterion.
