ข้อกำหนดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะนี้จัดทำขึ้นสำหรับการจัดซื้อยา Manidipine hydrochloride 10 mg tablet ของโรงพยาบาลแหลมฉบัง เพื่อใช้ในกิจกรรมการบำบัดรักษาผู้ป่วย ยาต้องมีรูปแบบเป็นยาเม็ดสำหรับรับประทาน บรรจุในแผงปิดสนิทป้องกันแสงและความชื้น ฉลากระบุข้อมูลสำคัญชัดเจนครบถ้วน ทั้งนี้ ต้องมีผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพยาสำเร็จรูป (Finished Product Specification) และวัตถุดิบตัวยาสำคัญ (Drug Substance Specification) ตรงตามมาตรฐานเภสัชตำรับ (JP หรือเทียบเท่า) ที่จดทะเบียนไว้กับ อย.

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องยื่นเอกสารการได้รับอนุญาตขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับยา (ทย.1/ทย.2/ทย.3/ทย.4/ย.2) ใบรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิต PIC/S GMP ผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพ (COA) ของทั้งตัวยาสำเร็จรูปและวัตถุดิบตัวยาสำคัญรุ่นเดียวกัน ผลการศึกษาความคงสภาพระยะยาว รวมถึงผลการศึกษาชีวสมมูล (Bioequivalence) กรณียาสามัญ โดยต้องส่งมอบตัวอย่างยาอย่างน้อย 6 หน่วยบรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อการพิจารณา ยาที่ส่งมอบต้องมีอายุคงเหลือไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี 6 เดือน (กรณีผลิตในประเทศ) หรือไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี (กรณีนำเข้า) พร้อมเงื่อนไขการรับเปลี่ยนยาใกล้หมดอายุหรือเสื่อมสภาพโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไข

This document defines the technical specifications for the procurement of Manidipine hydrochloride 10 mg tablets for Laem Chabang Hospital, intended for patient treatment. The product must be in oral tablet form, packed in light- and moisture-resistant sealed blister packs, with clear and complete labeling. Both finished product and drug substance specifications must comply with standard pharmacopoeia (JP or equivalent) registered with the Thai FDA. Bidders must submit relevant FDA registration certificates, PIC/S GMP certification, Certificate of Analysis (COA) for both finished product and raw material, long-term stability data, and bioequivalence study results for generic drugs. Bidders are required to provide at least 6 sample packaging units. Delivered drugs must have a remaining shelf life of at least 1.5 years for domestic products or 2 years for imported products, along with an unconditional replacement agreement for near-expired or degraded stock.
