โครงการเช่าเครื่องปรับอากาศติดตั้งที่โรงยิม โรงเรียนสาธิตนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล มีระยะเวลาเช่ารวม 36 เดือน วงเงินงบประมาณ 4,700,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ปัญหาความร้อนสะสมและการถ่ายเทอากาศภายในโรงยิม ป้องกันอันตรายจากเหงื่อหยดลงพื้นขณะเรียนวิชาพลศึกษา และส่งเสริมบรรยากาศการเรียนการสอน

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาเครื่องปรับอากาศสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 120,000 BTU/เครื่อง จำนวน 10 เครื่อง (ยี่ห้อเดียวกัน) พร้อมงานติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบท่อน้ำยา โดยแบ่งการติดตั้งเป็น 2 ฝั่ง ได้แก่ ฝั่งทางเดินโรงยิม 5 เครื่อง และฝั่งโรงอาหาร 5 เครื่อง ใช้สายไฟฟ้า Main ยี่ห้อ Thai Yazaki ขนาด 4 x 35/16 8 sq.mm. เชื่อมต่อเข้ากับห้องไฟฟ้าหลัก (MDB) พร้อมตู้คอนโทรลที่ใช้อุปกรณ์ Breaker ยี่ห้อ Mitsubishi รวมถึงการติดตั้งตะแกรงเหล็กฉีกครอบคอยล์เย็นทุกเครื่องเพื่อป้องกันแรงกระแทกจากอุปกรณ์กีฬา

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีผลงานด้านบริการเช่าหรือขายพร้อมติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศ ในวงเงินสัญญาเดียวไม่น้อยกว่า 2,350,000 บาท กำหนดส่งมอบงานติดตั้งแล้วเสร็จภายใน 30 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การชำระเงินแบ่งจ่ายเป็นรายเดือนเท่ากัน 36 งวด โดยผู้ให้เช่าต้องรับประกันและดูแลซ่อมแซมเครื่องปรับอากาศให้อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ตลอดอายุสัญญา หากเกิดการชำรุดต้องเข้าดำเนินการซ่อมแซมให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง และต้องจัดให้บุคลากรเข้าอบรมความปลอดภัยตามเกณฑ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลก่อนเริ่มปฏิบัติงาน

This project involves the 36-month rental and installation of air conditioners for the gymnasium at Mahidol University International Demonstration School (MUIDS), with a total budget of 4,700,000 THB (VAT included). The objective is to reduce heat accumulation, improve ventilation, prevent moisture hazards during physical education classes, and enhance the overall learning environment.

The scope of work includes providing 10 air conditioning units of the same brand, each with a capacity of at least 120,000 BTU, along with complete electrical and piping installation. The installation is divided into two areas: 5 units on the gym walkway side and 5 units on the canteen side. The work requires Thai Yazaki main power cables (4 x 35/16 8 sq.mm.) connected to the Main Distribution Board (MDB), control boxes equipped with Mitsubishi circuit breakers, refrigerant piping, and protective expanded metal meshes over all indoor fan coil units to protect against impact from sports equipment.

Bidders must be legal entities with direct contract experience in air conditioning sales/rental and installation valued at no less than 2,350,000 THB under a single contract. Installation and delivery must be completed within 30 days of contract signing. Rental payments will be disbursed in 36 equal monthly installments. The contractor is responsible for maintenance and repairs within 24 hours throughout the 36-month contract period, and all personnel must pass safety training certified by Mahidol University prior to commencing installation.
