สำนักงานบริหารและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สบร. กำหนดดำเนินโครงการเช่ารถยนต์ส่วนกลาง รถยนต์ไฟฟ้า ประเภทแบตเตอรี่ (BEV) จำนวน 3 คัน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 - 2574 ภายใครงบดำเนินงาน สบร. ปีงบประมาณ 2570 วงเงินงบประมาณรวม 4,455,000 บาท โดยมีขอบเขตการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้เช่ารถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (BEV) รุ่นใหม่ ป้ายแดง ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน ความจุแบตเตอรี่ตั้งแต่ 50 kWh ขึ้นไป มอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าสูงสุดไม่เกิน 150 kW วิ่งได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 450 กม./การชาร์จ (มาตรฐาน NEDC) พร้อมอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวก ระบบติดตามยานพาหนะ (GPS Tracking) และ Dashboard แสดงผล Carbon Footprint Reduction ผู้ให้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายตลอดอายุสัญญา 60 เดือน ได้แก่ ค่าประกันภัยชั้น 1, พ.ร.บ., ค่าภาษีประจำปี, การบำรุงรักษาตามระยะ, บริการช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉิน 24 ชั่วโมง, การจัดหารถยนต์ทดแทนกรณีฉุกเฉินภายใน 12 ชั่วโมง และการสำรวจพร้อมติดตั้ง Wall Charger จำนวน 3 ชุด ณ สถานที่ที่ สบร. กำหนด

Office of Knowledge Management and Development (Public Organization) or OKMD is inviting bids for the lease of 3 Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) as central pool cars for the fiscal years 2027-2028, under the 2027 operating budget. The project has a 5-year lease term (60 months) with a total budget of 4,455,000 Baht. The required BEVs must have a battery capacity of at least 50 kWh and an electric motor power not exceeding 150 kW, with a driving range of no less than 450 km per full charge. The scope of work includes comprehensive maintenance, first-class insurance, annual vehicle tax, 24-hour roadside assistance, replacement vehicle service within 12 hours, GPS tracking with a Carbon Footprint Dashboard, and the installation of 3 Wall Chargers.
