การจัดซื้อลู่วิ่งไฟฟ้า ศูนย์อนามัยที่ ๗ ขอนแก่น มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาอุปกรณ์ออกกำลังกายที่มีความปลอดภัย มีประสิทธิภาพสูง และได้มาตรฐาน มาทดแทนเครื่องเดิมที่ชำรุดเสื่อมสภาพจากการใช้งานหนัก เพื่อรองรับบุคลากรและประชาชนทั่วไป ลดระยะเวลารอคอย และส่งเสริมการออกกำลังกายป้องกันโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง (NCDs) ภายในกรอบวงเงินงบประมาณ ๑,๐๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท

ขอบเขตการจัดหาครอบคลุมลู่วิ่งไฟฟ้าเกรดมาตรฐานสากล มอเตอร์ไฟฟ้ากระแสสลับ (AC Continuous Duty) ไม่น้อยกว่า ๔ แรงม้า (Peak ไม่น้อยกว่า ๗ แรงม้า) ปรับความชันได้ ๐-๑๘% ความเร็ว ๐.๘-๒๒ กม./ชม. รับน้ำหนักผู้ใช้งานได้ไม่น้อยกว่า ๒๐๐ กก. หน้าจอสัมผัสเชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi และจำลองภาพเสมือนจริง พร้อมแท่นชาร์จไร้สาย โดยผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งอย่างถูกต้อง และมีศูนย์บริการในประเทศไทย กำหนดส่งมอบงานภายใน ๙๐ วัน จ่ายเงินงวดเดียวหลังการตรวจรับพัสดุ พร้อมรับประกันเครื่องไม่น้อยกว่า ๓ ปี และมอเตอร์ไม่น้อยกว่า ๕ ปี รวมตรวจเช็กสภาพทุก ๖ เดือนฟรี

Procurement of commercial-grade electric treadmills for the fitness center of the Health Center No. 7 Khon Kaen, under an allocated budget of 1,000,000 THB. The project aims to replace aging and damaged fitness equipment, support growing public demand, and promote physical activity to prevent NCDs. Deliverables include commercial treadmills equipped with an AC motor (minimum 4 HP continuous duty, 7 HP peak duty), interactive touchscreens with Wi-Fi connectivity, heavy-duty running belts supporting up to 200 kg, and built-in safety systems. The supplier must deliver and install the equipment within 90 days following contract signing. The contract features a 1-installment payment upon complete acceptance, a minimum 3-year overall defect warranty (5 years for the motor), and scheduled bi-annual maintenance services at no extra charge.
